ChatGPT (Plus / Pro / Business, on the web)

Open Settings → Apps (may be shown as Apps & connectors). Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
Back in that panel, click Create and paste the link above as the MCP server URL. Choose No authentication. Your token is already in the link.
In a chat, open the + menu → Developer mode and turn on Dwell.

ChatGPT custom MCP connectors are a beta feature: you must enable Developer mode first, and it's web-only (not in the mobile app).

This both confirms the connection and lets your assistant share what it knows, so Dwell can personalize. (A plain “is Dwell connected?” works too, but won’t share anything.)

Tell Dwell your taste and it'll tune music suggestions to you. Paste Spotify track links, a public playlist or album link, “Artist – Title” lines, an Exportify CSV, or just describe what you like in plain words.

Dwell keeps a Spotify playlist of new music picked for you, refreshed a few tracks a day. Name it whatever you like:
