Click Add custom connector.
Name it Dwell and paste the link above as the URL.
Save, then enable it in a new chat.

Open Settings → Apps (may be shown as Apps & connectors). Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
Back in that panel, click Create and paste the link above as the MCP server URL. Choose No authentication — your token is already in the link.
In a chat, open the + menu → Developer mode and turn on Dwell.
ChatGPT custom MCP connectors are a beta feature — you must enable Developer mode first, and it's web-only (not in the mobile app).

This both confirms the connection and lets your assistant share what it knows, so Dwell can personalize. (A plain “is Dwell connected?” works too, but won’t share anything.)
